Shelley is hands down the best lawyer in Oklahoma! Shelley helped me during my 3-year custody battle with my ex-husband (she normally does not work/take on divorce cases/custody cases that are contested/highly contested and dealing with an out of state client). Shelley worked tirelessly to help me and my son following the death of his father. She drove to him in under 1.5 hours and made sure he had the legal representation he needed. Shelley spent 3 days straight (72 hours) on the phone with me, responding to my numerous texts and emails, meeting with me in her office, keeping me updated on my son and fighting to get us both reunited. Once we were reunited, Shelley fought valiantly in court and out of court, to ensure that we were able to go home to Florida in record time. Shelley kindly agreed to continue as an attorney representing both of my sons during the probate case that followed. Probate cases tend to be nothing but pure legal chaos, yet Shelley has worked tirelessly on behalf of my sons. Shelley has taken numerous calls, texts, and emails (many times contact was made outside of business hours, on weekends, and on holidays), driven across numerous Oklahoma counties at all hours of the day and night, and has always stayed professional and kind (even when I have not been the easiest client to deal handle). Ms.Levisay is one of the most sincere and hardest working attorneys..She went to court with me one time did all the research on my case gathered all information on my case and presented to the judge and we won!
